MEET THE FOUNDERS

Delphi Aslı Örs Çağlı
Voice of Belonging, Vocal Sound Healing Therapist

Guiding you to listen to the inner voices of your nature: reconnecting with your authentic expression and creative essence—returning you to the self-love and belonging on Earth that are your birthright.

I have always been drawn to the wild, the unseen, and the deeply felt—to the spaces where sound, movement, presence, and ritual weave together to unlock something ancient within us.
My path as Delphi — the Voice of Belonging—was born during a sacred naming on a Nature Vigil in April 2025 with my beloved teacher Patrick O’Neill and his Four-Chambered Heart teachings. That moment deepened my lifelong devotion to helping others return to their inner nature, authentic expression, and creative essence.
Born as Aslı Örs in Istanbul, I carry the echoes of ancient lands in my bones. My initiation into voice as medicine began with Silvia Nakkash in India through the study of ragas, expanded at the British Academy of Sound Therapy (BAST) in the UK, and was further shaped by visiting Delphi during Nessi Gomez’s Vocal Odyssey in Amorgos. My path has been grounded by years of living close to the earth—near Iasos, Türkiye, now in Klosterneuburg, Austria, and previously in the Bay Area of California and on the island of O‘ahu, Hawai‘i. During nearly two decades in California, I also guided innovation teams in Silicon Valley through design thinking workshops—shaping the future of technology in what now feels like a previous chapter of my life.
My work today is rooted in deep listening, embodied presence, sound, voice, arts, ritual, and reflection—an alchemy that supports the shift from resistance to resonance, from self-rejection to self-love.
Through my studies in voice, sacred dance, somatic movement, Social Presencing Theater, Compassionate Inquiry, and improvisational storytelling—and through my training as an Art Pedagog (BFA, Anadolu University, Education of Arts) and a post-baccalaureate BFA in Graphic Design (School of Design)—I hold space for authentic expression to rise, belonging to be restored, and creative vitality to be reclaimed.
I am a certified Vocal Sound Healing Therapist (International Association of Sound Therapy), a Purpose Guide™, and have been ritually initiated into the West African Dagara tradition. I am also a Reiki Master and certified Mindfulness and Happiness Coach.
I guide those who feel the call to listen to the voices of their inner nature—returning to the self-love and belonging that are their birthright.
If you feel the resonance stirring within you, I welcome you to this unfolding journey.

Uygar Çağlı
Musician, Composer & Creative Mentor

Music has been my compass, my refuge, and my language for as long as I can remember. I was born into a world of rhythm and sound, where music was not just something to play—it was something to breathe, feel, and live. My formal training took me through the Graz Conservatory and Anton Bruckner Private University in Linz, where I immersed myself in Jazz and Popular Music, as well as Jazz Instrumental Pedagogy. But music, for me, has always been something that reaches beyond technique—into something raw, timeless, and alive.

For over two decades, I have helped people reconnect with music—not just as a skill, but as a deep, intuitive force that moves through them. Whether guiding students on guitar, bass, or ukulele, or leading improvisational explorations, I see music as a place where people rediscover their own voice, break through creative blocks, and step into a sense of flow and freedom.

I have composed and performed in various musical projects, including Kuzgunla Ben & Alper Yakin and Beklen Band—and in 2021, I released my first solo album, Ting, a project that reflects my ongoing journey through jazz, world music, and improvisation. My music is inspired by the tension between structure and spontaneity, by the push and pull of melody and silence, and by the moments when sound becomes an invitation into something greater than ourselves.

What to Expect in My Approach
I see music as a pathway into presence—a way to listen more deeply, express more fully, and let something beyond words move through you. Whether I am performing, composing, or mentoring students, my approach is organic, intuitive, and deeply embodied. Music is more than notes and rhythms—it is a conversation, a force of nature, a bridge to something unseen.

With a background in jazz, improvisation, and world music, I help students break free from rigid patterns and tap into their own unique musical voice. My work is about exploring the relationship between structure and play, discipline and spontaneity, and ultimately, about helping people trust the music that is already alive within them.

Why I Do This Work
Because I believe that music is something we don’t just play—we become. It is a pulse, a vibration, a bridge to something ancient and universal. It is about connection-to ourselves, to each other, and to the deeper rhythms that shape us.

And now, alongside Delphi, I stand at the threshold of something new. Together, we are a force of nature—weaving sound, movement, and transformation into a space where people can rediscover themselves, step into resonance, and create from the core of their being.

If you feel the pull, the curiosity, the calling—then the journey has already begun.
